24 He will give their kings into your hand,+ and you will wipe out their names from under the heavens.+ Nobody will stand up to you,+ until you have exterminated them.+

24 So their sons went in and took possession of the land,+ and you subdued before them the Caʹnaan·ites,+ who were the inhabitants of the land, and you gave them into their hand, both their kings and the peoples of the land, to do with them as they pleased.
