7 Jehovah now appeared to Aʹbram and said: “To your seed+ I am going to give this land.”+ After that he built an altar there to Jehovah, who had appeared to him.

8 And I will give to you and to your seed after you the land of your alien residences,+ even the entire land of Caʹnaan, for a possession to time indefinite; and I will prove myself God to them.”+

3 Reside as an alien in this land,+ and I shall continue with you and bless you, because to you and to your seed I shall give all these lands,+ and I will carry out the sworn statement that I swore to Abraham your father,+

13 And, look! there was Jehovah stationed above it, and he proceeded to say:+

“I am Jehovah the God of Abraham your father and the God of Isaac.+ The land upon which you are lying, to you I am going to give it and to your seed.+
