11 To this Abraham said: “It was because I said to myself, ‘Doubtless there is no fear of God* in this place,+ and they will certainly kill me because of my wife.’+
12 And he went on to say: “Do not put out your hand against the boy and do not do anything at all to him,+ for now I do know that you are God-fearing* in that you have not withheld your son, your only one, from me.”+
9 And I* went on to say: “The thing that YOU are doing is not good.+ Is it not in the fear+ of our God+ that YOU should walk because of the reproach+ of the nations, our enemies?+
31 Then, indeed, the congregation+ throughout the whole of Ju·deʹa and Galʹi·lee and Sa·marʹi·a entered into a period of peace, being built up; and as it walked in the fear of Jehovah*+ and in the comfort of the holy spirit+ it kept on multiplying.
