9 “Command Aaron and his sons, saying, ‘This is the law of the burnt offering:+ The burnt offering will be on the hearth upon the altar all night long until the morning, and the fire of the altar will be kindled in it.

22 But if YOU people offer up to me whole burnt offerings,+ even in YOUR gift offerings I shall find no pleasure,+ and on YOUR communion sacrifices of fatlings I shall not look.+

33 and this loving him with one’s whole heart and with one’s whole understanding and with one’s whole strength and this loving one’s neighbor as oneself is worth far more than all the whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.”+

5 Hence when he comes into the world he says: “‘Sacrifice and offering you did not want,+ but you prepared a body for me.+

6 You did not approve of whole burnt offerings* and sin [offering].’+
