21 “And these are the judicial decisions* that you are to set before them:+

5 And Moses proceeded to call all Israel+ and to say to them: “Hear, O Israel, the regulations and the judicial decisions+ that I am speaking in YOUR ears today, and YOU must learn them and be careful to do them.+

9 With my soul I have desired you in the night;+ yes, with my spirit within me I keep looking for you;+ because, when there are judgments from you for the earth,+ righteousness+ is what the inhabitants of the productive land* will certainly learn.+
