35 But Jehovah’s angel said to Baʹlaam: “Go with the men;+ and nothing but the word that I shall speak to you is what you may speak.”+ And Baʹlaam continued going with the princes of Baʹlak.

5 Accordingly Jehovah* put a word in the mouth of Baʹlaam+ and said: “Return to Baʹlak, and this is what you will speak.”+

24 When Baʹlaam got to see that it was good in the eyes of Jehovah to bless Israel, he did not go away as at the other times+ to come upon any unlucky omens,*+ but he directed his face to the wilderness.
