30 As for YOU, YOU will not enter into the land in which I lifted up my hand+ [in oath] to reside with YOU, except Caʹleb the son of Je·phunʹneh and Joshua the son of Nun.+

14 That is why Heʹbron has come to belong to Caʹleb the son of Je·phunʹneh the Kenʹiz·zite as an inheritance down to this day, for the reason that he followed Jehovah the God of Israel fully.+

49 Thus they finished dividing the land for a possession by its territories. Then the sons of Israel gave an inheritance to Joshua the son of Nun in their midst.
