54 So he quickly called the attendant bearing his weapons and said to him: “Draw your sword and put me to death,+ for fear they should say about me, ‘It was a woman that killed him.’” Immediately his attendant ran him through, so that he died.+
13 And Jonʹa·than kept going up on his hands+ and his feet, and his armor-bearer after him; and they began to fall before Jonʹa·than,+ and his armor-bearer was putting them to death behind him.+
4 Then Saul said to his armor-bearer: “Draw your sword+ and run me through with it, that these uncircumcised+ men may not come and certainly run me through and deal abusively with me.” And his armor-bearer was unwilling,+ because he was very much afraid. So Saul took the sword and fell upon it.+
