16 Incline your ear, O Jehovah, and hear.+ Open your eyes,+ O Jehovah, and see, and hear the words of Sen·nachʹer·ib that he has sent to taunt+ the living God.*

10 For who has despised the day of small things?+ And they will certainly rejoice+ and see the plummet* in the hand of Ze·rubʹba·bel. These seven are the eyes of Jehovah.+ They are roving about in all the earth.”+

12 For [the] eyes+ of Jehovah* are upon the righteous ones, and his ears are toward their supplication;+ but [the] face of Jehovah* is against those doing bad things.”+
