11 Is not Hez·e·kiʹah+ alluring+ YOU so as to give YOU over to die by famine and by thirst, saying: “Jehovah our God himself will deliver us out of the palm of the king of As·syrʹi·a”?+

12 But Rabʹsha·keh said: “Is it to your lord* and to you that my lord has sent me to speak these words? Is it not to the men sitting upon the wall, that they may eat their own excrement and drink their own urine with YOU men?”+
