6 And Joshua the son of Nun+ and Caʹleb the son of Je·phunʹneh,+ who were of those who spied out the land, ripped their garments apart,+

6 Then the sons of Judah approached Joshua in Gilʹgal,+ and Caʹleb+ the son of Je·phunʹneh the Kenʹiz·zite+ said to him: “You yourself well know the word that Jehovah spoke+ to Moses the man of the [true] God*+ with regard to me and with regard to you at Kaʹdesh-barʹne·a.+
