20 After that he took the Testimony+ and put it into the Ark+ and placed the poles+ on the Ark and put the cover+ above upon the Ark.+

9 There was nothing in the Ark but the two stone tablets*+ which Moses had deposited+ there in Hoʹreb, when Jehovah had covenanted*+ with the sons of Israel while they were coming out from the land of Egypt.+
