10 For you* have forgotten+ the God of your salvation;+ and the Rock+ of your fortress you have not remembered. That is why you plant pleasant plantations, and with the shoot of a stranger* you set it.

21 On the beaten paths there has been heard a sound, the weeping, the entreaties of the sons of Israel. For they have twisted their way;+ they have forgotten Jehovah their God.*+
