20 Most truly I say to YOU, YOU will weep and wail, but the world will rejoice; YOU will be grieved,+ but YOUR grief will be turned into joy.+

15 Rejoice with people who rejoice;+ weep with people who weep.

11 For, look! this very thing, YOUR being saddened in a godly way,+ what a great earnestness it produced in YOU, yes, clearing of yourselves, yes, indignation, yes, fear, yes, longing, yes, zeal, yes, righting of the wrong!+ In every respect YOU demonstrated yourselves to be chaste in this matter.

9 Give way to misery and mourn and weep.+ Let YOUR laughter be turned into mourning, and [YOUR] joy into dejection.+
