16 And there was also innocent blood that Ma·nasʹseh shed+ in very great quantity, until he had filled Jerusalem from end to end,* besides his sin with which he caused Judah to sin by doing what was bad in the eyes of Jehovah.+
16 But they were continually making jest+ at the messengers of the [true] God and despising his words+ and mocking+ at his prophets, until the rage+ of Jehovah came up against his people, until there was no healing.+
2 There are the pronouncing of curses+ and practicing of deception+ and murdering+ and stealing+ and committing of adultery+ that have broken forth, and acts of bloodshed have touched other acts of bloodshed.+
