3 However, Ze·rubʹba·bel and Jeshʹu·a+ and the rest of the heads+ of the paternal houses of Israel said to them: “YOU have nothing to do with us* in building a house to our God,+ for we ourselves shall together build to Jehovah the God of Israel, just as King Cyrus+ the king of Persia has commanded us.”

2 It was then that Ze·rubʹba·bel+ the son of She·alʹti·el*+ and Jeshʹu·a+ the son of Je·hozʹa·dak got up and started to rebuild the house of God, which was in Jerusalem; and with them there were God’s prophets+ giving them aid.

32 Look! A king+ will reign for righteousness+ itself; and as respects princes,*+ they will rule as princes for justice itself.

16 And I shall put my words in your mouth,+ and with the shadow of my hand I shall certainly cover you,+ in order to plant the heavens+ and lay the foundation of the earth+ and say to Zion, ‘You are my people.’+

32 “Have no fear,+ little flock,+ because YOUR Father has approved of giving YOU the kingdom.+

20 For the creation was subjected to futility,+ not by its own will but through him that subjected it, on the basis of hope+

14 And I saw, and, look! the Lamb+ standing upon the Mount Zion,+ and with him a hundred and forty-four thousand+ having his name and the name of his Father+ written on their foreheads.
