7 Now this was the custom* of former times in Israel concerning the right of repurchase and concerning the exchange, to establish every sort of thing: A man had to draw his sandal+ off and give it to his fellow, and this was the attestation in Israel.

2 And let me have attestation+ for myself by faithful witnesses,+ U·riʹah the priest+ and Zech·a·riʹah* the son of Je·ber·e·chiʹah.”*

4 “And as for you, O Daniel, make secret the words and seal up the book,+ until the time of [the] end.*+ Many will rove about, and the [true] knowledge* will become abundant.”+

5 And I saw in the right hand of the One seated upon the throne+ a scroll written within and on the reverse side,+ sealed+ tight with seven seals.
