13 Then she began to call the name of Jehovah, who was speaking to her: “You are a God* of sight,”*+ for she said: “Have I here actually* looked upon him* who sees me?”

3 The eyes of Jehovah are in every place,+ keeping watch upon the bad ones and the good ones.+

2 If they dig down into Sheʹol,* from there my own hand will take them;+ and if they go up to the heavens, from there I shall bring them down.+

13 And there is not a creation that is not manifest to his sight,+ but all things are naked and openly exposed to the eyes of him with whom we have an accounting.+
