18 “‘And I will pursue after them with the sword, with the famine and with the pestilence, and I will give them for a quaking to all the kingdoms of the earth,+ for a curse and for an object of astonishment and for a whistling at and for a reproach among all the nations to which I shall certainly disperse them,+

11 “This is what the Sovereign Lord Jehovah has said, ‘Clap your hands+ and stamp with your foot, and say: “Alas!” on account of all the bad detestable things of the house of Israel,+ because by the sword,+ by the famine+ and by the pestilence they will fall.+

15 The sword+ is outside, and the pestilence and the famine are inside.+ Whoever is in the field, by the sword he will die, and whoever are in the city, famine and pestilence themselves will devour them.+
