8 And in the fifth month on the seventh [day] of the month, that is to say, the nineteenth+ year of King Neb·u·chad·nezʹzar the king of Babylon, Neb·uʹzar·adʹan+ the chief of the bodyguard, the servant of the king of Babylon, came to Jerusalem.+

17 So he brought up against them the king of the Chal·deʹans,+ who proceeded to kill their young men with the sword+ in the house of their sanctuary,+ neither did he feel compassion for young man or virgin, old or decrepit.+ Everything He gave into his hand.
