6 the said Ezʹra himself went up from Babylon; and he was a skilled copyist+ in the law of Moses,+ which Jehovah the God of Israel had given, so that the king granted him, according to the hand of Jehovah his God upon him, all his request.+

7 When Jehovah takes pleasure in the ways of a man+ he causes even his enemies themselves to be at peace with him.+

21 A king’s heart is as streams of water in the hand of Jehovah.+ Everywhere that he delights to, he turns it.+

11 Jehovah has said: “Surely I will minister to you for good.+ Surely I will intercede for you in the time of calamity+ and in the time of distress, against the enemy.+
