32 As for every tenth part of the herd and flock, everything that passes under the crook,+ the tenth head should become something holy to Jehovah.

13 “‘In the cities of the mountainous region, in the cities of the lowland+ and in the cities of the south+ and in the land of Benjamin+ and in the surroundings of Jerusalem+ and in the cities of Judah+ flocks will yet pass by under the hands of the one taking the count,’+ Jehovah has said.”
