35 And she became pregnant once more and brought a son to birth and then said: “This time I shall laud Jehovah.” She therefore called his name Judah.*+ After that she left off giving birth.

15 And the lot+ of the tribe of the sons of Judah by their families came to be to the boundary of Eʹdom,+ the wilderness of Zin,+ to the Negʹeb+ at its southern end.

9 The inheritance of the sons of Simʹe·on was out of the allotment of the sons of Judah, because the share of the sons of Judah proved to be too large for them.+ So the sons of Simʹe·on got a possession in the midst of their inheritance.+
