9 And it must serve for you as a sign upon your hand and as a memorial between your eyes,+ in order that Jehovah’s law may prove to be in your mouth;+ because by a strong hand Jehovah brought you out of Egypt.+

13 “As for you, speak to the sons of Israel, saying, ‘Especially my sabbaths YOU are to keep,+ for it is a sign between me and YOU during YOUR generations that YOU may know that I Jehovah am sanctifying YOU.*+

2 Six days may work be done,+ but on the seventh day it will become something holy to YOU, a sabbath of complete rest to Jehovah. Anybody doing work on it will be put to death.+
