24 And his power must become mighty, but not by his own power.+ And in a wonderful way he will cause ruin,+ and he will certainly prove successful and do effectively. And he will actually bring mighty ones to ruin, also the people made up of [the] holy ones.+

9 “Then people will deliver YOU up to tribulation+ and will kill+ YOU, and YOU will be objects of hatred+ by all the nations on account of my name.+

7 And when they have finished their witnessing, the wild beast that ascends out of the abyss+ will make war with them and conquer them and kill them.+
