19 those who are saying: “Let his work hasten; do let it come quickly,* in order that we may see [it]; and let the counsel of the Holy One of Israel draw near and come, that we may know [it]!”+

15 Look! There are those saying to me: “Where is the word of Jehovah?+ Let it come in, please.”

2 “But who will be putting up with the day of his coming,+ and who will be the one standing when he appears?+ For he will be like the fire of a refiner+ and like the lye+ of laundrymen.+
