5 But he was being pierced+ for our transgression;+ he was being crushed for our errors.+ The chastisement meant for our peace was upon him,+ and because of his wounds+ there has been a healing for us.+

2 He will make us alive after two days.+ On the third day he will make us get up, and we shall live before him.+

17* Now Jehovah appointed a great fish* to swallow Joʹnah,+ so that Joʹnah came to be in the inward parts of the fish three days and three nights.+

31 For he was teaching his disciples and telling them: “The Son of man is to be delivered* into men’s hands, and they will kill him,+ but, despite being killed, he will rise three days later.”+
