3 He was despised and was avoided by men,*+ a man meant for pains and for having acquaintance with sickness.+ And there was as if the concealing of one’s face from us.*+ He was despised, and we held him as of no account.+

3 And, look! certain of the scribes said to themselves: “This fellow is blaspheming.”+

7 “Why is this man talking in this manner? He is blaspheming. Who can forgive sins except one, God?”+

21 Thereupon the scribes and the Pharisees started to reason, saying: “Who is this that is speaking blasphemies?+ Who can forgive sins except God alone?”+
