29 “The things concealed+ belong to Jehovah* our God, but the things revealed+ belong to us and to our sons* to time indefinite, that we may carry out all the words of this law.+

17 In response Jesus said to him: “Happy you are, Simon son of Joʹnah,* because flesh and blood did not reveal [it] to you, but my Father who is in the heavens did.+

11 And he proceeded to say to them: “To YOU the sacred secret+ of the kingdom of God has been given, but to those outside all things occur in illustrations,+

5 In other generations this [secret]+ was not made known to the sons of men as it has now been revealed+ to his holy apostles and prophets+ by spirit,

10 but now it has been made clearly evident through the manifestation+ of our Savior, Christ Jesus, who has abolished* death+ but has shed light+ upon life+ and incorruption+ through the good news,+

12 It was revealed to them that, not to themselves,+ but to YOU, they were ministering the things that have now been announced+ to YOU through those who have declared the good news to YOU with holy spirit+ sent forth from heaven. Into these very things angels are desiring to peer.*+
