7 However, if we are walking in the light as he himself is in the light,+ we do have a sharing with one another,+ and the blood+ of Jesus his Son cleanses+ us from all sin.+

2 And he is a propitiatory+ sacrifice*+ for our sins,+ yet not for ours+ only but also for the whole world’s.+

5 and from Jesus Christ, “the Faithful Witness,”+ “The firstborn from the dead,”+ and “The Ruler of the kings of the earth.”+

To him that loves us+ and that loosed us from our sins by means of his own blood+—

14 So right away I said to him: “My lord, you are the one that knows.” And he said to me: “These are the ones that come out of the great tribulation,+ and they have washed their robes and made them white+ in the blood+ of the Lamb.
