13 Then she called on the name of Jehovah, who was speaking to her: “You are a God of sight,”+ for she said: “Have I here actually looked upon the one who sees me?”

9 For the eyes of Jehovah are roving about through all the earth+ to show his strength* in behalf of those whose heart is complete toward* him.+ You have acted foolishly in this matter; from now on there will be wars against you.”+

19 You are great in counsel* and mighty in deed,+ you whose eyes observe all the ways of men,+ to give to each one according to his ways and according to what he does.+
