- 18 καὶ and ἐν in ταῖς the χερσὶν hands ὄφεις serpents ἀροῦσιν they will lift up κἂν and if ever θανάσιμόν deadly τι anything πίωσιν they should drink οὐ not μὴ not αὐτοὺς them βλάψῃ, it should hurt, ἐπὶ upon ἀρρώστους sick (ones) χεῖρας hands ἐπιθήσουσιν they will impose καὶ and καλῶς finely ἕξουσιν. they will have.
