a Since Psalm 145 is an alphabetic psalm, each successive verse beginning with the successive letter in the Hebrew alphabet, the New World Translation, 1971 edition, has this footnote: “A verse beginning with the Hebrew letter nun is missing after the mem verse. In some Hebrew manuscripts the nun verse reads: ‘Jehovah is faithful in all his words, and lovingly kind in all his works.’ This is confirmed by LXXVgSy.”
