Adriaan Block, who had a thriving dental practice in Mulhouse, France, was requested by Brother Rutherford to return to Holland to take oversight of the congregations there. This he did in 1921.

Brother Block, too, made many trips from the branch office to give talks that were very stimulating to the study groups.
