THE FIRST BRANCH
Suitable office space was scarce, and because foreigners were thought to be wealthy, higher rent was demanded of them. However, in 1926 a branch was opened in a small apartment in Tallinn at 17 Kreutzwaldi Street, with Albert West serving as branch servant.
