In the year 1920, the brothers held their first assemblies​—one in Brebi, Sălaj County, and the other in Ocna Dejului, Cluj County. Both locations were accessible by train, and local publishers and interested ones provided accommodations. Some 500 delegates from all parts of Romania attended. They gave an excellent witness by their fine conduct.

1990: Jehovah’s Witnesses gain legal recognition. Assemblies are held.
