There is a coordinator of the body of elders, a secretary, a service overseer, a Watchtower Study conductor, and a Life and Ministry Meeting overseer. Many elders serve as group overseers. The elders serve in these positions for an indefinite period of time.

²⁶ The coordinator of the body of elders serves as chairman at meetings of the body of elders. As such, he humbly works along with the other elders in caring for the flock of God. (Rom. 12:10; 1 Pet. 5:2, 3) He should be a good organizer and able to preside diligently.—Rom. 12:8.
