7 When the king was settled in his own house*+ and Jehovah had given him rest from all his surrounding enemies, 2 the king said to Nathan+ the prophet: “Here I am living in a house of cedars+ while the Ark of the true God sits in the midst of tent cloths.”+ 3 Nathan replied to the king: “Go and do whatever is in your heart, for Jehovah is with you.”+

15 And he continued building houses for himself in the City of David, and he prepared a place for the Ark of the true God and pitched a tent for it.+

4 However, David had brought the Ark of the true God up from Kirʹi·ath-jeʹa·rim+ to the place that David had prepared for it; he had pitched a tent for it in Jerusalem.+
