3 Peter and John wor going to the temple to pray. The prayer use to start around 3 o’clock. 2 And the people wor carrying one man who wor cripple from the time he wor born. Every day they use to put him near the temple gate they call Beautiful, so da when people go to enter the temple, he can beg them for money. 3 When he saw Peter and John entering the temple, he started asking them for money. 4 But Peter and John look straight in his face and say: “Look at us.” 5 So he look at them good-good thinking da they will give him something. 6 But Peter tell him say: “I not get silver and gold, but what I get da what I will give you. In the name of Jesus Christ the Naz·a·rene′, walk!” 7 So Peter hold his right hand and help him to get up. Right away the man foot and his ankle got strong. 8 And he jump and stand up, and he started walking. He follow them in the temple. He wor walking, jumping and praising God. 9 And all the people saw him walking and praising God. 10 And they remember da this man use to sit down to beg for money to the temple Gate they call Beautiful. Their mouth wor really full and it wor hard for them to believe what happen.
11 When the man wor still holding Peter and John, all the people run together to meet them to the place they call Sol′o·mon Colonnade, and they wor really surprise. 12 When Peter saw this one, he tell them say: “People of Israel, why yor surprise like this? Why yor looking at us just like to say we use our own power to heal this man, or just like to say da because we faithful to God, da it make it he walking? 13 The God for Abraham, the God for Isaac, the God for Jacob, and the God for our great grandpa dem na honor his Servant, Jesus. The same person yor give to people to kill and yor deny him in front of Pilate even though Pilate wanted to free him. 14 Yes, yor deny da holy man who can always do the right thing. And yor say they mon free the man who use to kill people. 15 But yor kill the person who God na choose to give life. But God bring him back to life, and we ourself saw it. 16 And through his name, and because we get faith in his name, this man who yor see and know, God na make him strong. And because of the faith we get in Jesus, this man na get well good-good in front of all of yor. 17 So my brother dem, I know da yor never knew what yor wor doing, just like the people who ruling over yor. 18 But God allow this thing dem to happen so da what he say through his prophet dem way back, da the Christ will suffer can come to pass.
19 “So yor repent and change your ways so da God can forgive your sins,* and Jehovah* hisself will make yor strong again. 20 And he will send the Christ who he na choose to help yor, and da Jesus. 21 He will be waiting in heaven until the time God will make everything new again, just how He promise through his faithful prophet dem way back. 22 In fact, Moses say: ‘Jehovah* your God will choose someone to be prophet like me from among your brother dem. Yor mon listen to anything he tell yor. 23 To talk the truth, anybody* who not listen to da prophet, they will be destroy from among the people.’ 24 And all the prophet dem from Samuel, and the one dem da came after him talk about this thing dem.* 25 Da yor the prophets children dem, and yor part of the covenant* God made with yor great grandpa dem. He tell Abraham say: ‘Through your child* all the family dem on earth will be bless.’ 26 After God bring his Servant back to life, he send him to yor first to bless yor and help each of yor to change from yor wicked ways.”
