The First Letter Da Paul Write to the Corinthians

9 I not free to do what I want do? I not apostle? I not see our Lord Jesus? Ehn yor the proof for the work I na do for the Lord? 2 Even if I not apostle to other people, I apostle to yor! Da yor the proof da show da I apostle for the Lord.

3 Here what I get to say about the people dem who can judge me: 4 We get the right to eat and drink, ehn da true? 5 We get the right to marry and for our wife dem who believe in the Lord to follow us, just like the other apostle dem, the Lord brother dem and Ceʹphas,* ehn da true? 6 Or da only me and Barʹna·bas suppose to work to take care of ourself? 7 What kindna man who in the army can use his own money to pay for the thing dem he need? Who can plant their grape farm and they can’t eat anything from it? Or who can take care of the sheep dem and they can’t drink some of the milk from the sheep?

8 Yor think I saying this thing dem from the way human being can think? Ehn the Law also talk about this thing dem? 9 Because it in the Law Moses write. It say: “You mon not cover the cow mouth when it mashing the wheat to move the dirt.” Yor think God wor only thinking about the cow? 10 Or da because of us he say this one? To talk the truth, da because of us he write this one, because the man who can dig on the farm and the man who can move the dirt from on the wheat can hope to get something from the work dem they can do.

11 If we na teach yor about God, yor think it too much for yor to give us the thing dem we need to support us? 12 If other people get the right to expect this thing dem from yor, yor not think we get right pass them? We not use this right da we get. But we bearing everything so da we can’t do anything to stop the good news about the Christ. 13 Yor not know da the men dem who can do holy work in the temple can eat the thing dem the people can bring to the temple? Also, ehn the priest dem who can always work to the altar can benefit from the thing dem they can sacrifice on it? 14 Da the same way the Lord say the people dem who can preach the good news mon get what they need from the good news.

15 But I not use any of this right. To talk the truth, I not write this thing dem for yor to do something for me, because it will be better for me to die than for me to do da one. I will not let anybody to take the reason I get to boast! 16 If I preaching the good news, I not get any reason to boast, because da what I suppose to do. To talk the truth, it will be too bad for me if I not preach the good news! 17 If I do it with my whole heart, I will get blessing. But even if I not do it with my whole heart, I still get the work da God give me to do. 18 So what kindna blessing I get? Da for me to preach the good news with my whole heart and not ask for anything, so da I will not use the right the good news give me the wrong way.

19 Even though I free, I made myself slave for everybody so da I can help plenty people to believe the good news. 20 To the Jews, I made myself like Jew so da I can help the Jews. To the people dem who can obey the law, I live like somebody who can obey the law. Even though I myself not living by the law, but I do it so da I can help them. 21 I made myself like somebody who not get law, so da I can help the people dem who not get law. I do this one even though I can obey God law and Christ law. 22 To the people who weak, I made myself weak so da I can help them. I na do everything for different-different kindna people so da I can be able to save some of them. 23 But I can do everything because of the good news, so da I can be able to preach about it to other people.

24 Among the people dem who can do running race, yor not know da only one person can win the trophy? Yor mon run so da yor can win it. 25 Also, everybody who taking part in the race* mon control theirself in everything. Da true, they can do this one to get the crown da can spoil, but for us, we will get the crown da can’t spoil. 26 So I not just running any kindna way, and I not just throwing my blow to punch the air. 27 But I can control* my body and treat it like slave, so da after I finish preaching to other people, I will not be like somebody who not qualify.
