They Not Bow Down

When King Nebuchadnezzar dream about the big image, after sometime he made one big image from gold. He put it to the area they call Dura and call the most important people in the land, including Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, to stand in front the image. Then the king say: ‘As soon yor hear the trumpets, the harps, and the bagpipes, yor mon bow down to the image! Anybody who refuse to bow down, I will throw them in the fire.’ You think the three Hebrew boys will bow down to the image, or they will worship only Jehovah?

Then the king tell the people to play the music. Everybody bow down and worship the image except for Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. Some people see them and tell the king say: ‘The three Hebrew boys refuse to worship your image.’ Nebuchadnezzar send for them and tell them say: ‘I will give yor another chance to worship the image. If yor not do it, I will throw yor in the fire. And no god will be able to save yor from me.’ Then the three boys say: ‘We not need another chance. Our God will save us. But even if he not save us, O king, we will not worship the image.’

Nebuchadnezzar wor too vex. So he tell his men dem say: ‘Yor make the fire hot seven time more than the way it can be!’ Then he tell his soldier dem say: ‘Yor tie this men dem, and throw them in the fire!’ Da not small hot the fire wor hot. When the soldier dem reach near it they die right away. The three Hebrew boys fall down in the fire. But when Nebuchadnezzar look in the fire, he see four men walking around in the fire instead of three. He wor scare so he ask his official dem say: ‘Ehn da three men dem we throw inside the fire? I seeing four men, and one of them looking like angel!’

Nebuchadnezzar go near the fire and say: ‘Yor come outside, yor serving the Most High God!’ Everybody mouth wor full to see Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego coming outside and nothing happen to them. Their skin, their hair, and their clothes not burn. And no smoke scent wor even on them.

Nebuchadnezzar say: ‘The God da Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego serving really powerful. He send his angel to save them. No other god like their god.’

Like the three Hebrew boys, you will try your best to be faithful to Jehovah no matter what happen?
