WETIN WE COMING LEARN?a

1-2. Kolai maa veaitiɛ te ma ʋaa wulovɛ e ɣɛ giizu vɛlɛ ɣɛ le? (1 Kɔlĩitiɛ 15:58)

IN 1978, the people build one tall building in Tokyo, Japan. Other people were thinking whether it will be able to continue standing because plenty earthquake use to happen in that city. How the people build this building for it to continue standing if earthquake happen? They build it in the way for it to be able to bend but it can’t break down when earthquake happen. Christians just like that tall building. How?

2 Christians must know when to stick to Jehovah law and when to not be too strict. We must be strong and always stick to Jehovah laws. (Read 1 Corinthians 15:58.) Christians must be “ready to obey” and not let anything make them to spoil Jehovah law. But also, they must not be too strict in some situation them. (Jas. 3:17) Any Christian who can’t go overboard will not be too strict and at the same time he will not be too relax with Jehovah laws. In this article, we will talk about how we can stick to Jehovah law. We will also talk about five things Satan can use to make it hard for us to stick to Jehovah laws. Then we will learn wetin we can do to stay faithful to Jehovah.

DA LEVE ƔƐ LE DE LO KPÃ JEHOVA ƲELI ƲAI ZU?

3. Tɔgi taniga ta ga zɛɓɛ Jehova fea Te Ɣɛɛ Ʋaitiɛ 15:28, 29 zu?

3 Jehovah get more right than anybody to make laws and he can always make laws that easy for his people to understand. (Isa. 33:22) For example, the governing body way back talk about three ways Christians must stick to Jehovah: (1) by not worshipping false god, but worshipping only Jehovah, (2) by obeying Jehovah law that say blood holy, and (3) by obeying the Bible law about man and woman business. (Read Acts 15:28, 29.) Today, how Christians can stick to God laws when it come to this three thing them?

4. Da leve ɣɛ le de dɛ ga Jehova tɔ ɣilekpu ka de felizu? (Faa Wuloai Kɛnɛ Ma 4:11)

4 We must avoid worshipping false gods, we must worship only Jehovah. Jehovah told the Israelites to worship only him. (Deut. 5:6-10) And Jesus make it clear that we must worship only Jehovah the time Satan tempt him. (Matt. 4:8-10) So, we can’t worship false gods. Also, we can’t worship human being, whether they religious leaders, big-big politician, or popular people in the world. And we can’t treat them like they god. We can stick to Jehovah and worship only him because he “created all things.”—Read Revelation 4:11.

5. Zɛɓɛi e kɛɛ maa nɛɛ de ziɛ ga Jehova na tɔgi e vile zɛʋu ɓɔga fɔdɔ va?

5 We can obey Jehovah law that say blood holy. Why? Because Jehovah say blood stand for life, and that precious gift from him. (Lev. 17:14) The first time Jehovah allow human being to eat animals, he say they must not eat the blood. (Gen. 9:4) He say the same thing again in the Law he gave to the Israelite them. (Lev. 17:10) And he tell the governing body way back to make law that all the Christian them must “keep abstaining. . . from blood.” (Acts 15:28, 29) We can stick to this law when we thinking about what treatment to take.b

6. Da ɣaa-ɓaa ɣɛ le ga de zoo de ziɛ ga Jehova na tɔgitiɛ?

6 We can always obey Jehovah law about man and woman business. (Heb. 13:4) The apostle Paul advise us to kill our body members. This one mean we must do our best to move any wrong thinking or feeling from in our heart. We can try to not look at or do anything that will make us to put our hand in man and woman business that against the Bible. (Col. 3:5; Job 31:1) When something tempt us to do bad thing, right away we can try to not think on or do anything that will spoil our friendship with God.

7. Zɛɓɛi maa nɛɛ de kɛ, tɔwɔ zɛɓɛ ʋaa ma?

7 Jehovah expecting us to obey from our heart. (Rom. 6:17) We can always benefit from the law them he gave us and we can’t change them. (Isa. 48:17, 18; 1 Cor. 6:9, 10) We can do our best to obey Jehovah and be like the psalmist who say: “I have resolved to obey your regulations at all times, down to the last.” (Ps. 119:112) But Satan will try to make it hard for us to stick to Jehovah. How he can do it?

SEETA ƔA ƔAA ƁAAZU ƔƐ LE GA E KƐ DE ƲIIƁƐƐ?

8. Seeta ɣa ɣaa-ɓaa ɣɛ le ga e kɛ de ʋiiɓɛɛ Jehova ʋeli ʋai zu?

8 Bad treatment. The Devil can use violence and put pressure on us to make us to not obey Jehovah. His goal that to spoil our friendship with Jehovah. (1 Pet. 5:8) The people use to beat the Christian them who were living after Jesus time. Beside that, they use to make them scary and even kill some of them because the Christian them choose to stick to Jehovah. (Acts 5:27, 28, 40; 7:54-60) Today, Satan continue to treat us bad. We can see this one from the bad treatment they giving our brother and sister them in Russia and other countries. And all over the world, wicked people can use different-different ways to suffer our brother them.

9. Po-kɔ̃ɔ-ma ʋe e dɛɛzu ga velei Seeta levesu la ga e de ʋiiɓɛɛ.

9 Tricks. Beside bad treatment, Satan can also use “crafty acts.” (Eph. 6:11) Think about what happen to one brother name Bob, who was in the hospital for serious operation. He told the doctor them that he will never take blood. The doctor who suppose to do the operation agree with the brother decision. But the night before the operation, after Bob family went home another doctor came to visit him. He told Bob that the doctor them will not use blood, but it must be on hand just in case any thing happen. Maybe the doctor was thinking that Bob will change his mind because his family was not there. But Bob stick to his decision. He say no matter what happen he will not take blood.

10. Velei nu ɓuse ɣa ɣi-gaa-ziɛ la, zɛɓɛi e kɛɛ tanisu maʋaa ɣa wulo e ɣɛ beli? (1 Kɔlĩitiɛ 3:19, 20)

10 Human thinking. If we start thinking like the people who not get respect for Jehovah law, it will make us to disobey Jehovah. (Read 1 Corinthians 3:19, 20.) Most of the time, “the wisdom of this world” can make people to disobey Jehovah. That just how some Christian them in Pergamum and Thyatira started following the example of people who were worshiping false god and who use to put their hand in boyfriend and girlfriend business. Jesus gave the two congregations strong counsel for accepting that behavior. (Rev. 2:14, 20) Today, people around us can try to make us to accept their wrong idea. Our family and friend them can try to convince us that we too strict. And they can encourage us to break Jehovah law. For example, sometime they can say it not possible to be clean in God eye. And the thing the Bible say about boyfriend and girlfriend business that way back thing.

11. Ani de wõini de lo kpã, zɛɓɛi maa nɛɛ de wulu ɣaa ʋe ba?

11 Sometime, we can start thinking that Jehovah direction can’t be too clear. When we not careful we can want “go beyond the things that are written.” (1 Cor. 4:6) That the same thing the religious leader them in Jesus time use to do. They use to make their own law and add it to God law. So, it make it hard for the common people to obey God law. (Matt. 23:4) Jehovah gave us clear direction through the Bible and his organization. And we not get any reason to add to the instruction Jehovah gave us. (Prov. 3:5-7) So, we must go by what the Bible say, and we must not make our own laws for our brother and sister them.

12. Seeta ɣa zaa ɣɛɛzu ga zaɓu ɣɛ le ga numaa tiɛ te veaitiɛ ɣaa-mɔɔlɛ?

12 Lie-lie information. Satan can use “empty deception” and “the elementary things of the world” to fool people and divide them. (Col. 2:8) Way back, Satan use human idea, Jewish teaching that were not in the Bible, and teaching that Christians must only obey the Mosaic Law. This idea them that were lies because it make people to not focus on Jehovah who wise. Today, Satan can use the big-big government people to spread lie-lie information on the news and the internet. We saw plenty lie-lie story during the COVID-19.c The Jehovah Witnesses that listen to the direction our organization gave, help them to not worry like the people who listen to the false information.—Matt. 24:45.

13. Zɛɓɛi e kɛɛ maa nɛɛ de ɣaa-ɓaa ga faa ta nɛpɛ ge mɛlɛ de ziɣi pele va?

13 Satan want distract us. We must remain focus on “the more important things.” (Phil. 1:9, 10) When something distract us, it can make us to waste plenty time and energy on thing them that will not benefit us. If we make thing them that we can normally do to be the most important thing in our life it will distract us. For example, eating, drinking, having fine time together, and going to work. (Luke 21:34, 35) Beside this one, every day we can read and hear about people demonstrating and arguing about the thing them that happening in the government. We must make sure to not put our hand in this thing them. Or else we will start supporting one side in our heart. Satan using all the different-different thing them to make us to not do the right thing. Now, yor let talk about how we can say no to Satan and remain faithful.

DA LEVE ƔƐ LE DE LO KPÃ?

Collage: 1. They building one tall building with good foundation. 2. The brother filling his blood card. His tablet open to lesson 39 in the book “Enjoy Life Now and Forever!”

If you want stick to Jehovah, think about why you gave your life to him and get baptize. Also study the Bible, think on what you learn and trust in Jehovah. (See paragraphs 14-18)

14. Faa gila ka ga zɛɓɛ ya ɓɔ de va de lo kpã Jehova ʋeli ʋai zu?

14 Think about why you gave your life to Jehovah and get baptize. You made that decision because you wanted to be on Jehovah side. Remember the thing them that convince you that you na find the truth. You learn about Jehovah and your love and respect for him got thick. Your faith started getting strong and it made you to repent. Then, you stop doing the thing them that Jehovah hate and you started doing thing them that can make him happy. You felt good when you got to know that God na forgive you. (Ps. 32:1, 2) You started attending meetings and started preaching to other people about the thing them you na learn. Now you baptize Christian, and you walking on the road that lead to life. You will do your best to continue walking on it.—Matt. 7:13, 14.

15. Da ɣɛna Gala Kɔlɔi maa wolizu diɛ ɣi-gaa-ziɛ ma ɓɔɔ ga pagɔ da wulo su-nu-ma ɣɛ le?

15 Study God Word and think on it good-good. Tree can be strong when the roots deep in the ground. So if we get strong faith in Jehovah we will be able to remain faithful to him. When the tree growing, the roots can go deep in the ground and start spreading. When we study and think good-good on the things we learn, it can make our faith strong and convince us that doing things God way that the best. (Col. 2:6, 7) Think about how Jehovah direction, advice, and protection help his people way back. For example, Ezekiel really pay attention when the angel took his own self time to measure the temple. This vision make Ezekiel faith strong, and teach us good lessons about how we can follow Jehovah laws and worship him the right way.d (Ezek. 40:1-4; 43:10-12) We our self too can benefit when we take time to study and think on the deep-deep things in the Bible.

16. Bob daani ɣisu ɣɛ le ga e lo kpã? (Psalm 112:7)

16 Make your heart strong. King David say his love for Jehovah never go down. He sing one song: “My heart is steadfast, O God.” (Ps. 57:7) We too can remain faithful by trusting Jehovah with our whole heart. (Read Psalm 112:7.) See how this one help Bob who we talk about before. When the doctor them told him that blood must be on hand just in case anything happen, he answer them right away that if they thinking about giving him any blood he will leave the hospital right away. Later on, Bob say, “I was really sure about what I was coming do and I was not worrying about what was coming happen.”

Collage: 1. The tall building that we saw before in the picture still standing while other buildings around it break down after one earth quake. 2. The brother we saw before in the picture sitting down on the hospital bed. He talking with one doctor late in the night.

If we already get strong faith, we can continue to remain faithful no matter the kind na problem we going through (See paragraph 17)

17. Zɛɓɛi da maa woli Bob na po-kɔ̃ɔ-mai zu? (Wɛlɛ ɓalaa footei va.)

17 Bob was faithful because he made his decision long time before he went to the hospital. First, he wanted to make Jehovah happy. Second, he take his time to study what the Bible and our publications say about how life and blood holy. Third, he was convince that Jehovah was coming bless him for his decision to obey God law. We our self too can remain faithful no matter the kind na problem we go through.

Barak and his men them coming down the mountain to fight Sisera army and the rain heavy. Sisera war chariots sticking in the mud.

Barak and his men them show that they were brave by running behind Sisera army (See paragraph 18)

18. Barak na po-kɔ̃ɔ-mai ɣa ɓɔ ɣɛ le de va ga de la ga Jehova? (Wɛlɛ footei va kɔlɔi nii wuluvɛ.)

18 Trust in Jehovah. Let look at how Barak win the war because he trust in Jehovah direction. That time the Israelite them was ready to fight war. They were not having any weapon. But Jehovah told Barak to go and fight against the Canaanite army chief Sisera and his army who were having plenty weapons. (Judg. 5:8) The prophetess Deborah told Barak to go down from the mountain to the flat ground to fight against Sisera and his 900 chariots. On the flat ground, it was coming to be very hard for the Israelite them to fight against the fast chariots. Even though Barak knew this one but he obey Jehovah. When the soldiers were coming down from on Mount Tabor, Jehovah make it to rain heavy. Sisera chariots stick in the mud, and Jehovah help Barak to win the war. (Judg. 4:1-7, 10, 13-16) That the same way, Jehovah will help us to win if we trust him and the direction he can give through his organization.—Deut. 31:6.

ƔAA-ƁAA GA E LO KPÃ JEHOVA ƲELI ƲAI ZU

19. Zɛɓɛi e kɛɛ e wõini e lo kpã?

19 So long we living in this wicked world we must continue to remain faithful. (1 Tim. 6:11, 12; 2 Pet. 3:17) Let do our best so that bad treatments, Satan tricks, human thinking, lie-lie information, and distractions can’t make us to disobey Jehovah. (Eph. 4:14) But yor let remain faithful, and always show our love for him by obeying what he say. At the same time, we must be reasonable. In the next article, we will talk about how Jehovah and Jesus set the perfect examples about how we can be reasonable.

GUI 129 We Will Keep Enduring

a From Adam and Eve time, Satan been trying to convince people that they must decide for their self the thing that right or wrong. That the same attitude he want for us to be having when it come to Jehovah and any direction from Jehovah organization. This article will help us to make sure to not act like people who can’t obey what Jehovah say. It will also help us to do our best to always obey Jehovah.
