10 For if when we were enemies we became reconciled to God through the death of his Son,+ how much more we will be saved by his life, now that we have become reconciled.

15 By means of his flesh he abolished the enmity, the Law of commandments consisting in decrees, in order to make the two groups in union with himself into one new man+ and to make peace, 16 and to reconcile fully both peoples in one body to God through the torture stake,*+ because he had killed off the enmity+ by means of himself.

19 because God was pleased to have all fullness to dwell in him,+ 20 and through him to reconcile to himself all other things+ by making peace through the blood+ he shed on the torture stake,* whether the things on the earth or the things in the heavens.
