JEHOVAH name really important to Jesus. He the main person that make people to know his Pa name. In the article before this one, we learn that Jesus wor willing to die to prove that Jehovah name holy. (Mark 14:36; Heb. 10:​7-9) And when the One Thousand Year finish, Jesus will be willing to give all his power back to Jehovah because he want for Jehovah name to be holy. (1 Cor. 15:​26-28) All the thing dem that Jesus do, show that he really love Jehovah.

² Jesus come to earth to teach people about his Pa. (John 5:43; 12:13) He teach his disciple dem his Pa name. (John 17:​6, 26) He make people to know that Jehovah send him by the thing dem he teach and the miracle dem he perform. (John 10:25) In fact, Jesus ask Jehovah to protect his disciple dem “because of [His] own name.” (John 17:11) It clear that God name important to Jesus pass any other thing. So how somebody can say they Christian but they not know God name or they can’t even use it?

³ Because we true Christians, we can try to follow Jesus example by showing love and respect for Jehovah name. That mean, people from all over the world wor coming get the opportunity to be Jesus disciples. (Matt. 28:​19, 20) When Jesus say: “You will be witnesses of me,” you think he wor saying that this new disciple dem will only preach about him or they will need to know Jehovah name? The thing dem that Acts chapter 15 say will help us to answer that question.

He quote from the prophet Amos and say: “So that the men who remain may earnestly seek Jehovah, together with people of all the nations, people who are called by my name, says Jehovah.” (Acts 15:​14-18) This new disciple dem wor not only coming learn about Jehovah, but Jehovah wor also coming put his name on them. This one mean that they wor coming preach about God name, and people wor coming know them by that name.

⁶ The name Jesus mean “Jehovah Is Salvation,” and he prove to be the person who Jehovah use to save everybody who put faith in him. Jesus come to the earth to give his life to save human being. (Matt. 20:28) Because of that, he make it possible for human being to be save and get everlasting life.—John 3:16.

⁷ But why human being need somebody to save them? That because of what happen in the garden of Eden. In the article before this one, we learn that our first parents, Adam and Eve, not obey Jehovah, so they lost the opportunity to live forever. (Gen. 3:​6, 24) But, something wor more important than saving human being. Satan spoil Jehovah name bad way. (Gen. 3:​4, 5) So it wor important for human being to know that Jehovah name holy and he not do anything wrong. Jesus wor the right person to prove that God name holy, because he talk for Jehovah and he wor having Jehovah name on him.

⁸ All Christians suppose to know the main person who save them. And that person that Jesus Pa, Jehovah. (John 17:3) Like Jesus, people wor also coming know them by Jehovah name. They also suppose to understand that it important to make that name holy, because that what will make them to be save. (Acts 2:​21, 22) So all Jesus faithful disciple dem need to learn about Jehovah and Jesus. That the reason why when Jesus wor ending his prayer in John chapter 17 he say: “I na show your name to them and I will continue to show it to them, so that they can get the same love you get for me and I will be united with them.”—John 17:26.

⁹ All Jesus faithful disciple dem suppose to get interest in making Jehovah name holy. (Matt. 6:​9, 10) Jehovah name must be important to them more than any other name. They must do things to show that it important to them. But wetin we can do to make Jehovah name holy, or show that the thing dem Satan say on Jehovah name, that so-so lie?

¹⁰ Isaiah chapter 42 to 44 tell us what we can do to make God name holy. The way this chapter dem talk about it, it looking just like people in court and talking about who really the true God. Jehovah call all the people dem who not serving him to come prove whether their god dem that real god. Just like in the court, Jehovah also ask if they get any witness to prove that their god dem real. But nobody able to do it!—Read Isaiah 43:9; 44:​7-9.

¹¹ Read Isaiah 43:​10-12. Jehovah tell his people say: “You are my witnesses, . . . and I am God.” Then Jehovah ask them to answer this question: “Is there any God but me?” (Isa. 44:8) So, we get the opportunity to answer that question. We can show that Jehovah that the only true God by the thing dem we can say and do. His name important pass any other name. We can show by the way we live our life that we really love Jehovah and we faithful to him, no matter what kindna problem Satan bring on us. This one can give us the opportunity to help make God name holy.

¹² When we help to make Jehovah name holy, we following Jesus example. Isaiah also talk about somebody who wor coming “clear up [or, “prepare,” ftn.] the way of Jehovah.” (Isa. 40:3) How that one happen? John the Baptist prepare the way for Jesus, and Jesus come in Jehovah name and talk for Jehovah. (Matt. 3:3; Mark 1:​2-4; Luke 3:​3-6) The same prophecy say: “The glory of Jehovah will be revealed.” (Isa. 40:5) How it happen? When Jesus wor on the earth, he do all the thing dem Jehovah tell him to do. So, it wor looking just like that Jehovah self come on the earth.—John 12:45.

¹³ We witness for Jehovah just like Jesus. We get Jehovah name on us and we can tell everybody about the good-good thing dem He na do. But to be good witness for Jehovah, we must also tell people about all the thing dem Jesus do to make God name holy. (Acts 1:8) Jesus that the main Witness for Jehovah, and we must follow his example. (Rev. 1:5) How each of us can show that God name important?

¹⁴ We happy for Jehovah name to be on us. (Read Psalm 105:3.) It can make Jehovah happy when we boast about his name. (Jer. 9:​23, 24; 1 Cor. 1:31; 2 Cor. 10:17) To “boast in Jehovah” mean to be happy that Jehovah that our God. We happy that Jehovah using us to tell other people that his name holy, and to tell them about the good-good thing dem he na do. We must not be shame to tell our workmates, classmates, neighbors, and other people dem that we Jehovah Witness! Satan want us to stop telling other people about Jehovah name. (Jer. 11:21; Rev. 12:17) In fact, he and his false prophet dem want make people to forget about Jehovah name. (Jer. 23:​26, 27) But because we love Jehovah name, we want praise him all the time.—Ps. 5:11; 89:16.

15. Zihova tɔ suo kɛɛ yi lɛ e mɛɛ ka?

¹⁵ We must continue to call on Jehovah name. (Joel 2:32; Rom. 10:​13, 14) To call on Jehovah name not just mean to know it and use it. We must know Jehovah good-good, trust him, and depend on him to help us and direct us. (Ps. 20:7; 99:6; 116:4; 145:18) We must also talk about his name and his good-good ways to other people. We must help them to repent and do things that will make Jehovah to be happy with them.—Isa. 12:4; Acts 2:​21, 38.

16. Zi kpɛɛ lɛ ko bɛi a zɔ̃ɔ̃a kelɛ Setɔ̃ lɛ nɛ-mi ka?

¹⁶ We must be willing to suffer for Jehovah name. (Jas. 5:​10, 11) When we face problem and remain faithful to Jehovah, we show that Satan that big liar. When Job wor living, Satan talk something about all the people dem who serving Jehovah. He say: “A man will give everything that he has for his life.” (Job 2:4) Satan say that people can only serve Jehovah when everything alright with them. But when they face problem, they will leave Jehovah. But Job prove that Satan wor lying. We ourself too get the opportunity to prove that no matter what Satan do to us, we will never turn our back on Jehovah. We can be sure that Jehovah will continue to protect us because of his name.—John 17:11.

¹⁷ We must show respect for Jehovah name. (Prov. 30:9; Jer. 7:​8-11) Because we get Jehovah name on us and we can talk for him, anything we do can either praise his name or spoil his name. (Read 1 Peter 2:12.) So, we want do everything we able to do to praise Jehovah by the thing dem we can say and do. Even though we not perfect, but when we do it, we will still bring honor to Jehovah name.

18. Zi gbɛɛ kpɛɛ lɛ ko bɛi a zɔ̃ɔ̃a kelɛ Zihova tɔ lɛ kpanazɛ ko lɛɛ? (A gãwikia gɛ̃ nɔ kili.)

¹⁸ Jehovah name must be important to us more than our own name. (Ps. 138:2) Why this one really important? Because we love Jehovah name, it can make people to spoil our name.a Jesus wor willing to die shameful way just to honor Jehovah name. He wor not worrying too much about what other people say about him. (Heb. 12:​2-4) He focus on doing God will.—Matt. 26:39.

19. Zi kpɛɛ lɛ koo yɛlɛtaa ka e gbɛ̃a Zihova tɔ mɔ, ɛ̃ɛ̃ mɛɛ wɔ̃ wɛĩ?

¹⁹ We happy to get Jehovah name on us and we proud for people to call us Jehovah Witness. Because of that, we willing to bear any problem that we will face. Jehovah name important to us more than our own name. So let continue praising Jehovah name no matter what Satan do to us. When we do it, we will show that Jehovah name really important to us, just how it important to Jesus.
