8 At that time Solʹo·mon congregated+ the elders of Israel, all the heads of the tribes, the chieftains of the paternal houses of Israel.+ They came to King Solʹo·mon at Jerusalem to bring up the ark of the covenant of Jehovah from the City of David,+ that is, Zion.+

22 Then Solʹo·mon stood before the altar of Jehovah in front of all the congregation of Israel, and he spread his hands out to the heavens,+
