23 Just then there was a man in their synagogue who was under the power of an unclean spirit, and he shouted: 24 “What have we to do with you, Jesus the Naz·a·reneʹ?+ Did you come to destroy us? I know exactly who you are, the Holy One of God!”+ 25 But Jesus rebuked it, saying: “Be silent, and come out of him!”

11 Even the unclean spirits,+ whenever they saw him, would fall down before him and cry out and say: “You are the Son of God.”+ 12 But many times he sternly ordered them not to make him known.+

33 Now in the synagogue there was a man with a spirit, an unclean demon, and he shouted with a loud voice:+ 34 “Ah! What have we to do with you, Jesus the Naz·a·reneʹ?+ Did you come to destroy us? I know exactly who you are, the Holy One of God.”+ 35 But Jesus rebuked it, saying: “Be silent, and come out of him.” So after throwing the man down in their midst, the demon came out of him without hurting him.
