9 Rejoice, young man, while you are young, and let your heart be glad in the days of your youth. Follow the ways of your heart and go where your eyes lead you; but know that the true God will bring you into judgment* for all these things.+

20 Rather, store up for yourselves treasures in heaven,+ where neither moth nor rust consumes,+ and where thieves do not break in and steal.

5 Listen, my beloved brothers. Did not God choose those who are poor from the world’s standpoint to be rich in faith+ and heirs of the Kingdom, which he promised to those who love him?+
