9 God come bless Noah and im sons and tell them say: “Make una born and plenty, and full the earth. 2 Everything wey get life for the earth and everything wey de fly for the heavens, everything wey de move for ground and all the fish for sea, them go continue to fear una, them don dey una hand now.* 3 All the animals wey de move wey dey alive fit be food for una. I don give una all of them just as I give una the green plants. 4 The only thing wey una no go ever chop na flesh with im life,* wey be im blood. 5 Apart from that one, anybody or animal wey kill person, I go make-am pay back for the life wey be the blood. Any animal wey kill person,* them go kill-am too. Anybody wey kill another person* go pay back for the life. 6 Any person wey kill another person,* na person go kill-am too,* because God make people for im image. 7 As for una, make una born and plenty, and increase well-well for the earth and spread.”

8 Then God tell Noah and im sons wey dey with-am say: 9 “Now, I de make my agreement with una and with una children and una children-children, 10 and with everything wey get life* wey dey with una, the birds, the animals, and everything wey get life for the earth wey dey with una, all the ones wey come out from the ark—everything wey get life for the earth. 11 True-true, I don make my agreement with una: I no go ever destroy all flesh* again with plenty water, and plenty water no go ever scatter the earth again.”

12 And God still talk say: “This na the sign of the agreement wey I de make between me and una and everything wey get life* wey dey with una, and all the ones wey go come for future. 13 I de put my rainbow for the cloud, and e go be sign of the agreement between me and the earth. 14 Anytime wey I make cloud gather to make rain fall for the earth, then the rainbow go surely appear for the sky. 15 And I go surely remember my agreement wey I make between me and una, and all the different-different kind of things wey get life;* and water no go ever plenty again sotey e destroy all flesh. 16 The rainbow go appear for the cloud, and I go surely see-am and remember the everlasting agreement between God and all the different-different kind of things wey get life* for the earth.”

17 God tell Noah again say: “This na the sign of the agreement wey I make between me and all flesh wey dey the earth.”

18 Noah sons wey come out of the ark na Shem, Ham, and Ja′pheth. After, Ham come be Ca′naan papa. 19 This na the three sons of Noah, and everybody for the earth come from them and spread go everywhere.

20 So Noah start to do farm work, and e plant vine for farm. 21 When e drink from the wine, e come dey drunk and e naked imself inside im tent. 22 Ham, wey born Ca′naan see im papa nakedness, and e tell im two brothers wey dey outside. 23 So Shem and Ja′pheth take cloth, put-am ontop their shoulder and use back waka enter the tent. So as them de cover their papa nakedness, them turn de look another place, and them no see their papa nakedness.

24 When Noah don wake up and the wine don clear from im eye, and e hear wetin im last son* don do to-am, 25 e talk say:

“Curse go follow Ca′naan.

Make e be slave* to im brothers.”

26 And e still talk say:

Make Ca′naan be slave to-am* too.”

28 Noah continue to live for 350 years after the heavy rain. 29 So all the years wey Noah live na 950 years, then e die.
