3 “And if woman wey still dey young and de live for im papa house make promise to Jehovah or e make promise say e no go do something 4 and if im papa hear im promise or the promise wey e* make say e no go do something and the papa no talk say e dey against wetin e talk, all the promise wey e make go stand, and all the promise wey e make say e no go do something go stand. 5 But if im papa no gree when e hear say e make promise or promise say e no go do something, the promise no go stand. Jehovah go forgive the woman because im papa no gree with-am.

6 “But, if e marry husband when e still dey under im promise or the promise wey e rush make 7 and the husband hear-am and e no talk say e dey against-am for the day wey e hear-am, im promise wey e make or im promise wey e make say e no go do something go stand. 8 But if the husband no gree with-am for the day wey e hear-am, e fit cancel the promise or the promise wey e rush make, and Jehovah go forgive the woman.

9 “But if widow or woman wey don divorce make promise, e must do everything wey e don promise say e go do.

10 “But, if woman make promise or e make promise say e no go do something when e dey im husband house, 11 and im husband hear-am and e no dey against-am or e no talk say e no gree, all the woman promise them or any promise wey e make say e no go do something go stand. 12 But if for the day wey im husband hear them and e cancel everything wey e promise or wey e swear say e no go do, the promise them no go stand. Im husband don cancel them, and Jehovah go forgive the woman. 13 Any promise wey e make or anything wey e swear wey concern promise say e go deny imself of some things,* make im husband gree with-am or make im husband cancel-am. 14 But if the woman husband talk say e no dey against-am at all as the days de go, then e gree too with all the promise them wey the woman make or all the things wey the woman promise say e no go do. The man gree with them because e no talk say e dey against them for the day wey e hear the woman de make them. 15 But if the man cancel them after, sometime after the day wey e hear them, e go face the result from the woman sin.

16 “This one na the laws wey Jehovah command Moses wey concern husband and im wife, and wey concern papa and im young daughter wey de stay with-am for im house.”
