40 Then Jehovah tell Moses say: 2 “For the first day of the first month, you go set the tabernacle, wey be the tent of meeting. 3 Put the ark of the Testimony inside-am and block the Ark with the curtain. 4 You go bring the table inside and arrange the things wey suppose dey ontop-am, and bring the lampstand and light im lamps. 5 Then put the incense altar wey them make with gold for front of the ark of the Testimony and put the screen* for the domot of the tabernacle for where e suppose dey.

6 “You go put the altar of offering wey them de burn for front of the domot of the tabernacle, wey be the tent of meeting, 7 and put the basin between the tent of meeting and the altar, and put water inside. 8 Then arrange the compound around-am and put the screen* for the domot of the compound. 9 The next thing wey you go do na say you go take the anointing oil and anoint the tabernacle and all the things wey dey inside-am, and make-am holy and all the things wey them de use inside-am, so that e go be something wey dey holy. 10 You go anoint the altar of offering wey them de burn and all the things wey them de use inside-am and make the altar holy, so that e go be altar wey really dey holy. 11 And anoint the basin and the basin stand and make-am holy.

12 “Then bring Aaron and im sons near the domot of the tent of meeting, and wash them with water. 13 And you go wear the holy cloths for Aaron body and anoint-am and make-am holy, and e go serve as priest for me. 14 After that one, bring im sons near, and wear them long cloths. 15 You go anoint them just the way you anoint their papa so that them go serve as priests for me, and as you don anoint them, them go continue to serve as priest for long time for all their generations.”

16 Moses do all the things wey Jehovah command-am to do. Na so e just do-am.

17 E set the tabernacle for the first month, for the second year, for the first day of the month. 18 When Moses set the tabernacle, e put im base them for down, put the frames, put im long sticks inside, and put im pillars. 19 E spread the tent wide ontop the tabernacle and put the cover of the tent ontop-am, just the way Jehovah don command Moses.

20 After that one, e take the Testimony and put-am inside the Ark and put the poles for the Ark and put the cover ontop the Ark. 21 E bring the Ark inside the tabernacle and put the curtain* for where e suppose dey and block the ark of the Testimony, just the way Jehovah don command Moses.

22 The next thing wey e do na say, e put the table inside the tent of meeting, for the right side* of the tabernacle, outside the Most Holy Room,* 23 and e arrange the bread for line ontop the table for front of Jehovah, just the way Jehovah don command Moses.

24 E put the lampstand inside the tent of meeting for front of the table, for the left side* of the tabernacle. 25 E light the lamps for front of Jehovah, just the way Jehovah don command Moses.

26 The next thing wey e do na say, e put the gold altar inside the tent of meeting for front of the curtain, 27 so that the smoke of perfume incense go de comot ontop-am, just the way Jehovah don command Moses.

28 Then e put the screen* for the domot of the tabernacle for where e suppose dey.

29 E put the altar of offering wey them de burn for the domot of the tabernacle, wey be the tent of meeting, so that e go fit do offering wey them de burn, and the grain offering ontop-am, just the way Jehovah don command Moses.

30 Then e put the basin between the tent of meeting and the altar, and put water inside wey them go de use wash. 31 Moses and Aaron and im sons use-am wash their hands and their legs. 32 Anytime wey them go inside the tent of meeting or near the altar, them go wash theirself, just the way Jehovah don command Moses.

33 At last, e arrange the compound around the tabernacle and the altar, and put the screen* for the domot of the compound.

So Moses finish the work. 34 And the cloud start to cover the tent of meeting, and the glory of Jehovah full the tabernacle. 35 Moses no fit go inside the tent of meeting because the clouds continue to dey ontop-am, and the glory of Jehovah full the tabernacle.

36 And when the cloud comot from the tabernacle, Israel people go move their camp go another place, for all the parts of their journey. 37 But if the cloud no comot, then them no go move their camp until the day wey the cloud comot. 38 The cloud of Jehovah dey ontop the tabernacle for daytime, and fire continue to dey ontop-am for night, and all Israel people see this one for all the parts of their journey.
